All wood furniture should be kept in a dry environment. An excessively damp environment can damage the piece. Tops should be protected from wet, hot, or cold dishes. It should be kept away from direct heat sources. Avoid placing wooden furniture in front of heat vents, wood stoves, fireplaces, etc. It also should be kept from direct sunlight. Just as prolonged direct UV rays can damage your skin, it will also damage your furniture even with the best of finishes.
Cleaning should be done with a damp cotton cloth. If you choose to use waxes or polishes, use only natural oils and waxes.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer a flat rate shipping depending on cost of your purchase. We work to get the best shipping rates for you between our services. Smaller items will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS, whichever is the most cost effective for our customer. In stock items will be shipped within 5 business days. Custom and/or production ordered items will be shipped after lead time and completion. Customers will be notified when item ships. Custom orders require one hundred percent of the cost prior to start. Once finished we will set up a shipping date. We except no cancellation on any custom order. Samples of custom finishes may be requested. Three custom samples per order. More may be requested for additional cost.
Inspect all your freight deliveries carefully and if you see any signs of damage, note the condition of your freight on the delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment. If your order arrives damaged, keep all the original packaging and report the damage to us right away. You will need to report this to us within 24 hours.
